Honey Bees

Honey bees look for two things in flowers: nectar and pollen. They bring these back to their hives. But God designed their bodies with tiny furs which get covered in pollen.

As they make they way to their hives, some of this fur-pollen drops onto other flowers.

When the pollen goes into those flowers, fertilization occurs, resulting in a seed.

Your art does more than you think.

When we follow our curiosities, venture in exploration, resulting in art-making, we drop bits of artistry pollen in the world.

Our art gives birth to new seeds of imagination for others whether we realize it or not.

Different Lego Makers

There is no such thing as a non-maker. All of us create every day.

We make words, sighs, grumblings, murmurs, praises, laughter.

We craft moments, movements, meanderings.

We make value through our work, transactions, and food.

The key is what kind of maker are you?

If you give a group of children legos, you’ll find how these differences at work:

• Some kids need the instructions. They thrive by seeing the model.
• Others need explanations. They feel bound to verbal assistance.
• Some prefer bringing order from a chaotic bundle of random legos. They feel alive by making up the system for world-building.
• Others create worlds, but they have a story in mind. Their lego world exists for their imagination to enact a narrative.
• Still, there are some who see the legos, but prefer to not play at all.
